With our founding more than 20 years ago, ATI created a vision that inspires each our employees with a unique culture that drives our day-to-day work. It helps us deal honestly and respectfully with clients, vendors and employees.
ATI’s set of core values revolves around four key words – MODESTY, PASSION, WILLPOWER,and CUSTOMIZATION. Each has a special meaning that is visible in everything we do.
MODESTY – We believe that in order for us to be successful, we have to enable others to have success.
PASSION – We strive to foster a work environment that sparks creativity in each other. The passion it creates lets us open our minds to seek new ideas, methods and innovative solutions.
WILLPOWER – Perseverance is a key to success. We, at ATI, find that our success comes through hard work, improving our skills and creating high standards for ourselves and what we produce.
CUSTOMIZATION – We are recognized for products that are specifically designed, engineered and manufactured to be fit-for-purpose. That value lets us share our thoughts with those of our partners to jointly create a result that reflects excellent quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and lasting performance.
To emphasize and reinforce our values, we have a Core Value wristband exchange program to reward employees who have gone above and beyond in exemplifying one of the values. The wristband exchanges are discussed during our weekly management and department meetings. During monthly performance reviews, managers or supervisors rate our employees based on the wristband exchanges. At our monthly companywide LEAN board meeting, two exchange records are randomly selected, and the recipients, givers, and benefactors are recognized and receive a gift card.
We at ATI understand the measures of our success and continue to diligently work toward daily improvement in upholding and strengthening our core values. Our vision has defined our success.
